Interesting subject Colleen. Unfortunately, I don't have a stationery bike, but I could go to the Y and use theirs. One leg at a time. hmmmm who'd ever thought? But I can see where it would take more effort. Pat

Your too funny Merry !! Actually I posted it so that if anyone was ever to get so sick that they had a hard time walking, which happens a lot, with SOB, there is hope !!

it is a good article and you must always have hope...after my back surgery in '04, I could only exercise with one leg for a bit, at least any real exercise so that helped me that time
