Thanks you Sue, you did such a noble thing listing our dear, loved family members that went on before us and await us some day.
I habe been thinking of Barry a lot today since he volunteered at the VFW. He was a funny character wasn't he. He always made me laugh. He has such a love of college sports that he would be livid when one of his teams lost and over the moon if they won.
What can you say about Toni - greatest friend, wounderful cook, hysterically funny, and such a loving soul. Remember how we would always ask her what she was cooking for dinner since she was such a great cook and gave us inspiration
MaryKy lives in my heart deeply. She was so loving. She reminded me of a fairy, touching each of our hearts daily.
They were all great. Each of them leaving special memories in our hearts. Maybe in the future we could have a section where we could write down how greatly each of these members touched our souls. It will make them seem a little closer and help out new members learn a little about their prior members. God bless each of them on this Memorial Day weekend and forever and ever.

Sue it is wonderful that you took the time to do this! I think of Toni all the time and have to call Deb to get my southern drawl fix. Holly, was such a kind soul. She would do anything for anyone! All the rest I was just getting to know. They were all wonderful people!

No thanks are necessary. I just wish I have pictures of everyone. Someone emailed me one of Rosemarie, I'll get that one added. Please add others to this post if you'd like. A couple of these folks I didnt have the pleasure of knowing but I went thru our In Memory section and found them so added them here.
Gretchen, Im up for your suggestion of remembering them.

Very nice gesture Sue. Thanks, WOW, girls, and our one guy, (just got to fix that ;D) what memories we have made together. Different people at different times and we continue on making memories. Phil, LarryNZ and MaryKY were close friends. I still feel sad thinking of them being gone. I really miss each of them, and can still shed a tear. They were very special friends. The shocker here was Sandy, So quick she was gone. Toni was one of those ‘special’ people that you don’t meet many like her. I can only say that I feel so sad about Holly. She didn’t seem to get the care she should have. I was just starting to converse more with Kath one on one about the time she had to leave. I feel bad for her as it seemed she was suffering for so long. Lindy would feel so good that we are remembering her. Not sure how many here knew her but what a tough road she had. TomOH really enjoyed the comedy section. Most everyone knew LarryGA. Still shocked at JohnLUK’s disappearance. Barry was one you looked forward to see him posting, and might add, worry about him when he wasn’t. KathyTX and I spent a period of time talking when she was going thru some tough family problems. She really felt the pain as her family members passed away. Wes was really missed on the board he posted on. I didn’t know Gary Bain but seen the name. Also not the Wade’s. Kadie was another that I was just getting to know and then she too was gone. Another shocker. Bob N. I really didn’t know. So much can be shared about Rosemarie. This is a link to a tribute to Barbara Hensenzahl by her daughter. She died in February 2006. Very nice Lady. Had one of the Valves inserted to help breath, thru a clinical trial. She was always gracious to talk about it. http://copd_tlc.tripod.com/BarbaraAHensenzahlA.html Cheryl I really like your RIP. That is nice. The In God’s Hands that Sue posted was made by Arti. One of my favorites that Arti made. Rest In Peace friends.

I remember MaryKy was last one on one night and I caught her post. It was after her final fight with cancer and she said 'I don't want to die'. I don't remember what I said, but hope it was a comfort to her. She was such a funny, sweet, loving lady. I felt so bad when she passed. Pat

I'll just leave this the way it is I think. Cheryl added Ellen and you added more. I dont consider this "mine" I think of it as "ours" and I welcome you guys adding to it. I just bumped it up from last year and the same can be done for next year too if everyone is agreeable. Otherwise I'll redo it.

Sue, this is a lovely thread. So good of you to put this together.
When I look at the pictures, I'm always amazed and grateful of the friendships we make without ever being face-to-face with that person. There are several on this thread that I considered my friend and miss their posts.
Again, Sue, thanks for this thread. It should be stickied so it never gets lost.
