Good Morning Colleen - Have a good class. Thanks for the coffee.
Tomorrow morning I get the surgery on my hand. Hopefully everything will go smoothly.
I plan to get some cleaning done today. I'm assuming I won't be able to get my hand wet for a while afterwards.
I'll see everyone soon.

Morning Colleen and Cheryl, Thanks for the coffee Colleen I have neurosurgeon appt later today. I hope he has good news for me and will refer me to outpatient physical therapy. I want to get released to drive again. I started the z-pak and prednisone Monday evening. I am feeling better but not `100% yet.. I'm not nearly so sob as I was. It's sprinkling outside this am. I'm not feeling it so badly because of the pred. The rain we've been getting has made our lawn so beautiful and green. Have fun at your exercise class Colleen. Best thing for you. I hsve to scoot and get my shower. I'd like my hair to be dry by time I have to leave this afternoon. Bye for now..

Kind of quiet today....hump day. I've been scanning pictures for my youngest. He's working on the geneology of his paternal line. He's really gotten into it. He found a distant cousin who's about 90 years old. She has followed the family lines for 30-some years, including traveling all over the world to get info first hand. She has been invaluable to Jared--sharing information and also guiding him to sources. She saved him a ton of time, for sure. He's starting to put all the info together into a book - he wants to give it to his Dad for his birthday in June - so I've been scanning pictures and sending them to him. I'm not sure how far back he went....he's supposed to make me a copy when he gets it done.
I told him next he needs to do my side of the family. I started it years ago (pre-ancestry.com) but ran into alot of dead ends and got frustrated. I think it would be alot more enjoyable now, with better access to records.

Best wishes tomorrow Cheryl.
Pat, I hope you got good news at the dr today.
Merry, I loved looking up genealogy, the only living relatives I have on my dad's side tho either dont discuss the past cuz no body talked to each other back then or an uncle that has a ton of info and pics doesnt acknowledge that I exist and that's fine with me, I feel the same about him too. But I got most of my info at the local history room at the library. I'm glad that my ancestors can here directly from Germany, so that made it easy. Could only find 1-2 generations in Germany, between the name spelling changes, etc, it all petered out for me...tho I did find out they all had 2 middle names and rearranged them to come up with another name for someone, lol.

Not good news at the doc. My neck is still sore and he wanted to know if I was still getting pt and I said no. So they will get a referral to outpatient pt. I asked if I could drive now and he said no at first but then he changed it to maybe. Major depressing news. I have to do well in pt.
