Hi Laila
Glad to see you post. We won't tire of you. We like to have new people around. I have to find the links for the pictures. Not a simple answer. We have instructions here and then you can ask as you go for help.
If you want to go to Chat people pop in and say good morning or whatever. You can read thru some and see what it is like. Only a few of us around this time of night due to time differences.
Anything related to COPD has a separate section. If you want to ask or share about 'anything', there is the General Secton. Other than that, they are pretty self-explanatory.
If you happen to notice any of Cheryl's graphics, she is into making them. I just snag them and I think that is covered in the instructions.

The above is in the Computer Section and the title is "Basic Graphic Instructions by Maryaz". I originally wrote it but it was moved from another board that this forum was on. There are various other topics that relate to questions about graphics. I don't want to overwhelm you and I don't know your level of knowledge with the terms. I will leave it to you to let us know.
