Another quick meatloaf...Pat
CHEESY MEATLOAF
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef 2 c. fresh bread crumbs (4 slices) 1/3 c. chopped onion 2 eggs 2 tsp. beef flavor instant bouillon 1/4 tsp. pepper 6 slices process American cheese food
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese food. Mix well. In shallow baking dish, shape half the mixture into loaf. Cut 4 slices cheese food into strips and arrange on meat. Top with remaining meat. Press edges together to seal. Bake 1 hour. Pour off fat. Garnish with remaining cheese food slices.

Word of caution here, boullion is high sodium and also so is the processed cheese, just be careful if you have HBP....
